Through our digital collection you can access thousands of titles on any computer, smartphone, or tablet. Your library card is your passport to these incredible collections that are completely free to our patrons with an active library card.

Bridges allows patrons to borrow e-books, audiobooks, magazines, and some video streaming through the Libby app, or login through your web browser at any time. Patrons, with their library card are able to checkout 3 titles at one time, magazines are available on demand and do not count towards your checkout limit. Bridges is available to all Parkersburg residents as well as rural Butler County residents.
