March 22, 2017 Library Newspaper Article for Eclipse
The month of March is ‘National Reading Awareness Month’. According to www.ReadAloud.org, “More than half the children in this country-13 million children-will not hear a bedtime story tonight. ReadAloud.org is a non-profit that is launching a 10-year campaign this month to promote a simple, powerful message: Read Aloud for 15 Minutes. Every Child. Every Parent. Every Day.” To learn more about this organization, visit the website listed above. We have lots of children’s books at Kothe Memorial Library to help parents, grandparents and caregivers meet this goal. Stop in and visit us…we’d be glad to help!
