April 19, 2017 Library Newspaper Article for Eclipse

Wacky-Out-Wednesday attendees had ooey-gooey fun with a slime making project last week, as well as hearing a silly story about an interrupting chicken. We have one W.O.W. program left this spring, on April 26, 1-3 pm. Children in grades K-6 can join us to do some spring seed activities, play games, have a snack, put their name into a drawing for a prize, and of course...check out books!

We enjoyed having author, Linda McCann at the library last week, discussing her newest book, The Civilian Conservation Corps.   Our next author visit is a book discussion and signing event with Carson Ode, author of a three-book series,  Iowa: Spaces, Places, Faces.  Please mark your calendars and join us for an enjoyable, informative evening!  Monday, April 24, at 6:30 pm.
