Located in downtown Parkersburg, the Kothe Memorial Library is currently undergoing a building project to meet the needs of the community.  The main library is being renovated, adding space for wireless access and updating areas for better accessibility to library materials. A new children's addition is being added to the back side of the library. It will add 1790 sq. ft. to the existing space. One of the key features will be a loft centered in a bay window.
